StoryCorps: Every Voice Matters

When I found this website/organization I knew that I wanted to share it with others...especially teachers.

The StoryCorps is a group that is dedicated to finding, sharing, and archiving the voices of Americans with all backgrounds and beliefs.

This is just one way of many to teach diversity/culture. 

They highlight great clips that tell stories in a few minutes that really caught my imagination. 

StoryCorps has a few different initiatives that you can find on their website. One past initiative was the National Teachers Initiative where you can find stories about teachers and students.

Here is a really good one. It can serve as a reminder of what is important.
